The first published use of the term political correctness was in 1912 in Chapter 1 of Senator Robert LaFollette's Autobiography . Speaking of his Education at the University of Wisconsin, he says "In those days we did not so much get correct political and economic views, for there was then little teaching of sociology or political economy worthy the name".
Sen. La Follette of Wisconsin later ran for President in 1924 on the Progressive Party platform. The University of Wisconsin Madison campus has often been cited as the birthplace of political correctness. Donna Shalala, former Clinton Secretary of Health & Human Services and University of Wisconsin Chancellor has been called the founder of political correctness.

Web technologies have become necessary part of teaching tools as more and more new knowledge applied in Education programmes could not be presented without them.
The largest need in web technologies is seen in digital sciences teaching as they require much information which must be exact and clear for understanding. With the realization that new methods of teaching math are needed to improve student comprehension, this investigation considers the use of a web-based activity for teaching students the basic premises of quadrilaterals. Multiplication tricks are generally counterproductive band-aids that teach children anything but the math. Lesson plans can insure that you and your students miss the point. What can be done about it?
If teachers don't know at least ten methods of how to multiply, they shouldn't be teaching multiplication to more than nine students. It's easy and important to understand multiplication in depth if you are entrusted to teach it to young minds.

I've been a private tutor in New York City for the past five years, and in that time I have worked extensively with eight different homeschoolers and had contact with a number of others. Some of these families are providing their children with absolutely magnificent Educations. Others are doing a very poor job of it. I've given a great deal of thought to the characteristics that set successful homeschooling families apart from unsuccessful ones, and I believe I have some useful ideas for helping families determine whether or not they ought to take the plunge. Of course there are both academic and non-academic considerations to take into account with Education, but my topic here is to primarily discuss the academic issues.
